REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Agreement (“Contract”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the sale, payment, cancellation, and modification of tour packages offered by DMC Turquia LLC (“Company”). By booking a tour package, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following provisions:


1. Payment Terms

1.1 Deposit Requirement A non refundable deposit of %10 per person is due at the time of booking.

1.2 Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to departure. Failure to remit payment by the deadline shall result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

1.3 Accepted Methods of Payment Payments may be made by major credit card and bank transfer. Group bookings may be subject to separate payment schedules as determined by the Company.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Client Initiated Cancellation

• 50+ days prior to departure: Deposit forfeited.

• 30–49 days prior to departure: 25–50% of the total package price forfeited.

• Within 30 days of departure: 100% of the package price forfeited.

2.2 Company Initiated Cancellation In the event the Company cancels a tour (including but not limited to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational concerns), the Client shall be entitled to either: (a) a full refund of all amounts paid, or (b) rebooking on an alternative tour package of equal or lesser value.


3. Changes & Modifications

3.1 Client Requested Changes Any changes to dates, itineraries, or participant names are subject to administrative fees and availability.

3.2 Credits & Vouchers At the Company’s sole discretion, travel credits or vouchers may be issued in lieu of cash refunds.

3.3 Substitutions Name substitutions may be permitted subject to applicable fees and compliance with travel regulations.


4. Travel Insurance

The Company strongly recommends that Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for losses incurred due to the Client’s failure to obtain insurance.


5. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS (Airlines, Hotels, Tours)

Please note that certain portions of your travel (e.g., non-refundable flight tickets, specific hotel rates) are subject to the policies of the third-party providers. DMC TURQUILA LLC is bound by these suppliers' terms, and any additional non-refundable costs imposed by them will be deducted from your refund.


6. CANCELLATION BY US

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding Force Majeure), you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid to us. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses, such as non-refundable flights or visas, incurred by the customer. 


7. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by "Acts of God," such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will work to provide travel credits or rescheduling options rather than cash refunds, subject to our suppliers' approval.


8. REFUND PROCESS

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., your credit card) used during the booking.

Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

All refunds are issued in USD. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.


9. UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds will be provided for "no-shows" or unused portions of a trip (e.g., missed hotel nights or tours) once the travel has commenced.


10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.


11. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
