TRAVEL SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between DMC TURQUIA LLC ("Company"), a Wyoming LLC, and the customer ("Client") purchasing travel services.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Company acts as a travel facilitator and booking agent. The services provided to the Client may include, but are not limited to, booking of flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, tours, and other travel-related services as specified in the Client’s itinerary.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- Payment Requirement: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the Company receives the full payment or the required deposit.
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed via secure third-party payment links. By providing payment information, the Client authorizes the Company to charge the total amount for the requested services.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or supplier price increases until final payment is received.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations and refund requests are governed by the Company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Client acknowledges having read and accepted said policy before making a payment.
4. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
- Third-Party Suppliers: The Company does not own or operate the airlines, hotels, or tour operators. The Client agrees that the Company is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by the acts or omissions of any third-party supplier.
- Travel Documents: It is the Client’s sole responsibility to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and any required health/vaccination certificates.
- Travel Insurance: The Company strongly recommends that the Client purchases comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and luggage loss.
5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
The Client agrees not to file a dispute (chargeback) with their credit card issuer for services that have been rendered or for cancellations that fall under the "Non-Refundable" terms of this Agreement. Any dispute regarding the services must first be addressed in writing to the Company at support@dmcturquiallc.com
6. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or pandemics.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. ACCEPTANCE
By making a payment through the provided payment link, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement.
