Our mission is to serve as your premier boutique partner in Türkiye, ensuring every detail of your FIT or Group itinerary is executed with the highest standards of sophistication and care. 

These terms apply to all FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and Group Bookings managed by DMC Turquia LLC acting as the Destination Management Company for luxury services within Türkiye. Ground operations, logistics, and vendor networks are executed via exclusive TÜRSAB-certified operational affiliates under strict quality standards.

FIT Bookings: Requests must be submitted via our B2B portal or official email. Bookings are confirmed exclusively upon the issuance of a written Confirmation Voucher by DMC.

Group Bookings (30+ Pax): Quotes for luxury group travel are valid for 14 days. A signed contract and initial deposit are required to secure allotments and specialized guides.

To ensure the highest level of financial security and convenience for our international partners:

Payment Methods: All payments must be settled through our Secure Payment Gateway or official designated banking channels of DMC.

Currency & Rates: All rates are quoted in USD (unless specified otherwise) and are net/non-commissionable.

FIT Deposits & Balances: A 50% deposit is required at confirmation, with the final 50% balance due exactly 30 days prior to arrival.

Group Deposits: A 30% deposit is required to secure group blocks, with the final balance due 30 days before service initiation.

 Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following graduated schedule:

46+ days prior to arrival: Full refund minus a nominal administrative fee (≤ 5%).

45–31 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee.

30–16 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee.

15 days or fewer prior to arrival, or No-Show: 100% cancellation fee, subject to waiver if luxury suppliers issue fee free waivers.

Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 15 days require 100% upfront payment, fully protected with a cash refund or open-date credit guarantee if unfulfilled due to provider failure.

Reasonable itinerary enhancements are accommodated. Changes requested within 14 days of arrival may incur an administrative fee of up to $50 plus direct third-party vendor costs. 

The Partner explicitly agrees not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass DMC to establish direct business relationships with any local operational affiliates, guides, hotels, or vendors introduced through this partnership. Any breach will result in immediate termination of partnership rights and legal liability for commercial damages equal to the estimated gross value of bypassed transactions. 

 Intermediary Liability: DMC acts as an elite intermediary and is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party vendors beyond reasonable control.

Force Majeure: Includes natural disasters, government-enforced travel bans, severe airspace closures, epidemics, or sudden security emergencies. In such cases, clients are entitled to a full cash refund or a flexible open-date travel credit without penalty, excluding non-recoverable out-of-pocket supplier expenses actually incurred.

Travel Insurance: Mandatory comprehensive international travel insurance is strongly advised for all participating travelers.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international commercial standards. Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
