Our mission is to serve as your premier boutique partner in Türkiye, ensuring every detail of your FIT or Group itinerary is executed with the highest standards of sophistication and care.

1. Scope of Agreement

These terms apply to all FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and Group Bookings managed by DMC Turquia LLC, a Wyoming-registered company, acting as the Destination Management Company (DMC) for luxury services within Türkiye.

2. Booking and Confirmation Process

FIT Bookings: Requests must be submitted via our B2B portal or official email. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon the issuance of a written Confirmation Voucher.

Group Bookings (10+ Pax): Quotes for luxury group travel are valid for 14 days.

A signed contract and initial deposit are required to secure exclusive allotments and specialized guides.

3. Secure Payment Policy

To ensure the highest level of financial security and convenience for our international partners:

Payment Methods: All payments must be settled through our Secure Payment Gateway available at www.dmcturquiallc.com. This portal supports major credit cards and encrypted wire transfers, providing a seamless and protected transaction environment.
Currency: All rates are quoted in USD (unless specified otherwise) and are net/non-commissionable.
FIT Deposits: A 20% deposit is required at the time of confirmation, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Group Deposits: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure group blocks. 50% is due 60 days prior, and the final 100% must be received 30 days before the start of services.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

FIT Policy:

31+ days prior to arrival: Full refund (minus administrative fees).
30–15 days prior: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 14 days or No-Show: 100% cancellation fee.

Group Policy:

Specific cancellation schedules will be outlined in each individual group contract, reflecting the policies of our luxury hotel and private yacht partners.

5. Amendments and Concierge Changes

As a boutique provider, we accommodate reasonable amendments to enhance the guest experience. However, changes requested within 14 days of arrival may incur a $50 administrative fee plus any costs passed on by luxury vendors.

6. Liability and Travel Insurance

While DMC Turquia LLC meticulously vets all high-end service providers, we act as an intermediary and are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party vendors or Force Majeure events.

It is a requirement that all B2B partners ensure their clients maintain comprehensive international travel insurance.

7. Governing Law

This agreement and all financial transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Wyoming.
